 *610... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 3... 2...
1... 0... krakoom! *5 yeeeaaah dudez!! u guessed it!
indeed, this is a scroller...! o.k. enough of this kiddy language. now for
some serious topics (&)! oh, boy! i wish you were a & beer! &
as you might have noticed: the electronic knights are back and
finally managed to release their first production on the last freak
computer, the commodore amiga! we were so sick and tired of all
our lame'n'lazy coders so that our graphic-designer captain bifat decided
to learn coding on this machine. (this was about 2 weeks ago) and here is
the result. we think it's pretty neat! so > out! - (he he he!!) we just
remembered that this is an announcement for the probably greatest
music-competition ever held on bread case's bigger brother. so we think we
have to give you some more detailed technical information....
first of all, the best five will receive prices which are as follows: *3
1st price: 100 dm cash 2nd price: 50 dm cash 3rd price: 25 dm cash
4th and 5th: the disks we will receive. *5 we announce hereby that we
are not going to make any profit out of this competition. for every
module you send us (sound- noise- protracker) we raise a participation
charge of 5 dm. this is in order to keep the prices a bit cheaper for
us... another thing is that it is of no importance in which style your
music is composed or if you belong to any group, famous or non-famous. we
will not accept any modules that are longer than 120.000 bytes (unpacked
of course!) and we offer you the ability to write your own scrolltext that
will be scrolling over the screen while your music is playing (we are so
cool, aren't we?) thank you! for further very very important
information carry on reading the scroller. now to the invention of the
month, awarded a price by leading beer-drinkers and hell raisers: the
rotating-blades hygro beer cooler. keeps your beer comfortable and at a
pleasant temperature during the summer. poor scandinavians... no warm
summers, no cool beer... by the way, do you know why so many
scandinavians code so many demos? --- they have nothing better to do
(boozing &) because the beer is so fucking expensive, so they try to code
all the time. let's rap a bit.... *4 we like our
beer, so we drink it here- if i were a swede, i'd be sober complete- this
status i'd hate with my mind all clear, but we like booze so we drink it
here! *5 that should be enough... try to find the rhythm
by yourselves... in case that you are waiting for anything like
credits, regards, greetings or something like this, then we can tell you
that we give you the opportunity to keep on waiting a while.
there is some chaos around here... = the hungry (not
hungary) captain bifat just returned from his third expedition to the
cheesy swamps of pizza land. first expedition: bifat ordered a pizza
number 20 without cheese (he hates cheese). 30 minutes later, bifat
received a pizza number 20 with (!) cheese. another phone call leads us
to the second expedition: bifat complaining and asking when his replacement
part will be ready. answer: 30 min. after the announced thirty minutes
bifat saddled his bike and started off to + lamers pizza swamp + returning without a pizza
but with a red head from anger and exhaustion! he had been told that the
gay cook just started to work on his pizza (what ever this may be...)
now the really hungry bifat drove off for the third time to fetch his
worked hard for pizza without cheese. when he was away for about 15
minutes, we heared a loud splash followed by the noise of a bifat sliding
across the street with a pizza beneath his knees.... *3 silence...
*5 as you might have guessed bifat returned without a pizza.... he is
right now ordering a new pizza at another pizzeria which is probably
better. hehehe! if you want the ultimate pizza horror then call
           *2#
0049 6042 2150 *3(phreaking welcome), *5 order some junk pizzas, wait for delivery
and install your microwave oven!! drop the pizzas, now some lasagna
stuff... (just kidding!) if you are about to
organize any party then you must contact the 'tek gatecrasher team' for
the ultimate party fun... (for us, of course). if you want a state of the art
and most remembered party, then you must contact us! all you have to be
is to be generous and cool and liquid (beer!&!&!). the rest is our
problem, or yours... cut the crap... the truth is that we are about
to visit some copy-parties all over europe in the near future... so watch
out if we will be there ...you probably won't miss us. some
technical information again: the first edition of 'music for your
taperecorder' will be released by the end of 1991 and it will be spreaded
to all the famous names on the scene. a lot of people are looking forward
to this disk and a lot of famous musicians announced that they are going
to take part in our competition! as you see, we give you the
possibility to compete with the best. ok, i take over now! who?
mac the swapper-brain, of course! thanx to banana. oh, we had
quite a funny time some months ago as our new school was built in our
huge'n'boring city. as it was not finished we broke into to have some
nice and clean fun (?) ... we began our adventure on the first floor
of the really big building. chairs and tables were standing
everywhere in no order at all. our first impression was: this
must be a big pool! then we experienced the second floor. it was
dark, really dark. then suddenly we were standing before a huge
gulch. banana almost fell down because of his stadium of advanced
drunkeness. suddenly the lights went on! everybody was in panic,
running in all directions. unfortunately, i hit the light switch.
...very sorry for that! anyway, we continued our search for the
unknown. finally we found a nice refrigerator and took it with us,
also a programmable calculator and the keys to the main entrances!
the electric cables and the tuborg-beers were also quite useful.
then we concentrated our interest on the local gymnasium where we turned
on the ventilators and ripped a trampoline (?). clean fun, isen't it!
oh boy, capt. bifat is really fond of writing some of his crap.... he he he he ! okay
folks, at first let's increase the speed a little bit.... *8 hehehe that
looks much better.... these two lamers are in fact too slow for hyper-ingenious coders like me.... hehehe just kidding...
anyway ... we were running out of coders some weeks ago and thus we had
to point someone out of us to learn 68000 coding... we all were
very afraid of this machine language... what a relief when i found out
that it's that easy! i would have never believed that there's a freak
machine out there that can be programmed in assembly language like others
in basic.... well, i must admit that this demo is probably the most
awful production you've ever seen, but don't care.... and always remember: if
you've got no booze... you loose! *6 now, what about some boring tek history? .... well, the electronic knights were
already world wide famous when suckers like red sector were still
shitting into their nappies.... back in early 1986, tek released their first
c64 demos, not to forget that famous ibm musics, and, of course,
jammaster, that ultimate routine that could play three music channels in
combination with two sample channels, including reverse playing and
echoes!! at the beginning, tek consisted of two members...
that was mac (swapping, ideas, graphics) and banana (coding, musics,
graphics, ideas, design and the rest i forgot) ... we started with some
cute little productions called ibm musics (25 overall), we released
several demos .... and finally disappeared when the german cops were on
our heals....! sad, sad.... but now we are back to burn into your
memory cells again! slit, slash, slot! fish force rulez!
credits for that heap of shit: coding by me! graphics by me! the
rest by the rest! if you like it more detailed: music by banana, coding
by captain bifat, graphics by captain bifat and banana, design by tek.
many thanx to iraner for some hints for the coding.... in fact, he wrote
the wobbling routine for the tek logo.... *5 ..... mac taking over the keyboard ..... now for the current official tek
memberlist! TEK HQ Germany:
